Grounded is an action-oriented game for kids and teens. Very colorful cartoon game. Where the characters with growth in the ant, in different territories rebuild their settlement. In fact, the game can be called a representative of the class of survival games, only its realism is on a different level.
The game is developed by Obsidian Entertainment. The one that introduced the public to the RPG game The Outer Worlds. As the developers said in an interview, the main direction of their companies are RPG games. But from time to time they will try other genres.
In their new game, Grounded, players will set out to explore the micro world at the ant level. Characters for which it will be possible to play the players are little men. In total, it will be possible to play in a cooperative up to 4 people. The main tasks are to survive and build a settlement.
You can interact with almost any object in the game, plants, insects, and even dew drops. In drops from dew, which is on the leaves, water is extracted. And from sticks and pebbles, you can construct a weapon, for example an hatchet. For cooking, you can build a place for a fire, and you will need to first collect the necessary material, and then also the fuel in the form of dry leaves.
When the game comes out in early access, only a small part of the possibilities will be available for players. The full release date is not yet known exactly, but perhaps the game may be released around 2021.
You can fully enjoy the game in the full version. And at the moment, the developers propose to go through the company’s truncated storyline. Test the crafting system and build a base, equip the character collecting him armor and weapons to the second level. And of course, try to fight insects with the possibility of a cooperative, about 10 insects are currently available.
