  1. General Provisions.

1.1. This Policy is a document of the website (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration), and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about Users using the site: referred to as the Site).

1.2. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users of the Site are governed by this Policy, other official documents of the Site Administration and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.4. With respect to the User’s personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the user voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

2.5. The Site Administration has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

2.5.1. The user has expressed his consent to such actions;

2.5.2. The transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of the Site;

2.5.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;

  1. The procedure for putting into effect and changing the Policy.

3.1. The Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website and is valid indefinitely, until it is replaced by a new Policy.

3.3. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the Policy. When changes are made, the Site Administration notifies users of this by posting a new version on the Site at a permanent address.

3.4. The continued use of the Site by the User after the placement of the Policy in a new edition or the placement of the Policy in a new edition is recognized by the Parties as acceptance of the terms of the Policy by the User in full.

  1. Composition of personal data.

4.1. Users’ personal data includes:

4.1.1. provided by the Users and the minimum required for registration on the Site;

4.1.2. additionally provided by the Users at the request of the Site Administration in order to fulfill the obligations of the Site Administration to the Users arising from those posted on the Site: last name, first name, patronymic; floor; Date of Birth; number of the pension insurance certificate (SNILS); TIN; passport data – series/number, date of issue/issuing authority, address of registration; telephone; payment details. The Site Administration has the right, in particular, to request from the User a copy of an identity document or other document containing the name, surname, photo of the User, as well as other additional information that, at the discretion of the Site Administration, will be necessary and sufficient to identify such a User and will allow to exclude abuses and violations of the rights of third parties.

4.2. Other information about Users processed by the Site Administration.

The Site Administration also processes other information about Users, which includes:

4.2.1. standard data automatically received by the http server when accessing the Site and subsequent actions of the User (host IP address, type of the user’s operating system, pages of the Site visited by the user). Information containing the history of visiting the Site by the user is available to the User in the relevant sections of the Site;

4.2.2. information automatically obtained when accessing the Site using bookmarks (cookies);

4.2.3. information obtained as a result of the User’s actions on the Site;

4.2.4. information obtained as a result of the actions of other users on the Site.

4.2.5. information necessary to identify the User.

  1. Measures to protect information about Users.

5.1. To authorize access to the Site, the User’s login and password can be used. The User is responsible for the safety of this information. The user is not entitled to transfer his own login and password to third parties, and is also obliged to take measures to ensure their confidentiality.

  1. Restriction of the Policy.

6.1. This Policy does not apply to the actions of third-party Internet resources.

6.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or unauthorized use of the Site Services, have access to information about the User, as well as for the consequences of using information that, with the consent of the User, is freely available on the Site for any Internet user.

6.3. The Site Administration recommends that Users take a responsible approach to resolving the issue of the amount of information about themselves posted on the Site.

7.1.Users have the right to send their requests to the Site Administration, including requests regarding the use of their personal data in writing to:

  • • surname, name, patronymic of the applicant;
  • • information about the reasons and purpose of the appeal;
  • • information about the presence of a personal account on the Site and the possibility of its identification;
  • • signature of the user or his representative. If necessary, for the purpose of prompt and complete consideration by the Site Administration of the User’s request, the Site Administration has the right to request additional information from the User.

7.3. The Site Administration has the right not to respond to requests received.
